What Happens When Friends Pray?

“Two can accomplish more than twice as much as one, for the results can be much better. If one falls, the other pulls him up; but if a man falls when he is alone, he’s in trouble.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9

It’s a blessing to pray with a friend. When you make the commitment to pray together for 40 days you will see results, both in the richness of your friendship, and in your walk with God. Here are some of the causes and effects you can expect:

• Praying together will remove the feelings of aloneness.
• You will encourage each other.
• You will be accountable to each other.
• You will both become stronger in the Lord.
• You will cover each other in God’s love and protection.
• You will have a stronger force against the enemy

We are called the “Body of Christ.” When part of the body is hurting the other will lift us up.

We all need the strength that exceeds our own power, which only comes from praying with another.
